• Had some great beers this weekend, sampled Laughing Dog’s Alpha Dog, Lagunitas’  Hop Stoopid and their ‘09 Correction Ale. Also had the new release of New Belgium’s Biere de Mars Ale. Also over the weekend I managed to fit in some Stone Ruination and IPA, some Dead Guy Ale and Chimay Grande Réserve. It was a busy weekend.

• Spanish Ham and Cheese Monte Cristo Sandwiches. Interesting fact: I’ve never had a Monte Cristo.

• I’ll be breakin’ out the smoker this weekend, first smoke session of the year will be baby backs and chicken quarters, next session is pork butt. Man, I can’t wait.
