What, are you a farmer? Most of them complain not enough snow and rain all winter long and then complain that it came to late and the fields are too wet to work, but it happens most every year. A typical Idaho spring, wait a couple of hours and it will chang. Our old neighbor said it always snows for Easter, and he was right more often than wrong.
Look at the bright side, less than 40 days until irrigation season now, I got some seeds started in the inside greenhouse today since the weather wasn't quite right for spring clean up. Putting the Snap Pea seed into the ground next week for an early crop. It's still 80 days before the tomatoes go in the ground.
I judge my seasons on when I can sit and the patio and enjoy a beer outside.
