…Walmart and St. Luke’s are now the state’s largest employers.
I’d suspect that in the not too distant future Walmart will set itself apart from St. Luke’s and seal its place as the state’s largest empoyer.
And it’s probably safe to assume that Walmart employing the most Idahoans does not bode well for the state’s economic future.
I can't even stand going into a Walmart. Every time I do, it reminds me of how much the middle class has lowered its expectations.

WalMart saved my family after my husband's layoff from…where else…Micron. It's easy to say "don't go there" but it's hard not to for certain things when your family's survival depends on saving money. That said, it's a sad day when it's the biggest employer in this state.

Last I checked Wal-Mart has more employees nationally than the U.S. Army….
