Picked this up the other day for lunch; it’s a small BBQ shack outside of Karcher Ranch Market on Karcher Road in Nampa. It’s just a to-go kind of joint; there is no inside and no seating outside. It was actually really good, the picture doesn’t really do it justice.
I got it with their hot BBQ sauce which had just the perfect amount of
kick to it. This is one of the places that will be getting several
return trips; I hope they have a sit down place in their future plans.
This is the beef brisket sandwich w/ baked beans and macaroni salad, also came with sweet tea. All told the meal was about 8 bucks and I was back in my car in 5 minutes.

Tried Kymberly’s BBQ…It was great. My wife loved it too. Recommending it to all our friends and family. Thanks for the suggestion.
Looks like I found a new place to try!
I recommend going to kymberly’s bbq, it has the best food in all on idaho and everytime i go there i am NEVER dissapointed. Kymberly keep doing what your doing..because the food is great!!!!
*It is next door to the fruit ranch in nampa on sundance rd.
Haven't tried them yet…but I have had Coalman's Rib BBQ. Also a take out only…but much more food for the money and absolutely fantastic! Home made red potatoes (Jonny's potatoes). Usually sets up in the Dice Plaza (heading south on 12th, left side, just before the curve) during the summer…but have seen him do a couple of grand openings at Brownstone Coffee as well! Give him a try and see which one you like better! http://www.coalmansribbbq.clearwire.net/
